Every image processed through Wymaro uses computing and production resources. This Refund, Credit & Revision Policy explains when credits are consumed, when credits may be restored, when monetary refunds may be issued, and how revisions are handled.
Wymaro's Simple Customer Promise
Our Basic Promise
You pay for successful processing—not for failed processing.
If an image fails to process because of a Wymaro technical or platform error, the credit used for that failed attempt will be restored to your account.
Once an image has been successfully processed and delivered, the applicable processing credit is considered consumed, subject to the exceptions described below.
When Credits Are Charged
Credits may be consumed when:
- An image is successfully processed;
- An AI editing operation is successfully completed;
- A requested variation is successfully generated; or
- A customer requests a new version, revision, or different editing instruction that requires additional processing.
Credits will not be permanently consumed, or will be restored, when:
- Processing completely fails because of a Wymaro platform error;
- A Wymaro system error prevents completion of the requested service;
- The generated file is corrupted or cannot be delivered because of a Wymaro error; or
- Wymaro determines that the processing attempt was unsuccessful because of a platform-side issue.
AI Editing Results
AI-generated and AI-assisted editing may produce reasonable variations in lighting, colour, contrast, shadows, reflections, skies, object appearance, and other visual characteristics.
Minor variations or differences in creative preference do not automatically mean that processing has failed and do not automatically qualify for a credit restoration or refund.
If an output contains a significant technical defect caused by Wymaro that makes the image unusable for the selected service, Wymaro may restore the affected credit, reprocess the image without an additional charge, or provide another appropriate resolution.
Creative Preference Changes
A successfully processed image does not qualify for a refund simply because the customer would prefer a different creative result.
Examples include requests such as:
- Make the image brighter or darker;
- Make the colours warmer or cooler;
- Use a different sky;
- Make the image more or less dramatic;
- Use a different editing style;
- Change a creative preference after processing;
- Generate another version because the customer prefers a different look.
These requests are considered new editing instructions or revisions rather than failed processing. If additional processing is required to produce the requested result, additional credits may apply.
Revisions
Wymaro may provide revision functionality depending on the customer's plan and the editing service being used.
When a revision requires Wymaro to generate or process a new result, the revision may consume additional credits. Where applicable, Wymaro may display the credit cost before the customer submits the revision.
Technical-Failure Exception
If the original output contains a clear technical processing failure caused by Wymaro, Wymaro may restore the affected credit or provide replacement processing without charging the customer again.
Successfully Delivered and Downloaded Images
Once an image has been successfully processed and made available to the customer, the associated processing credit is normally considered consumed.
Downloading an image confirms that the customer received access to the processed file, but downloading does not prevent the customer from reporting a genuine technical defect.
If Wymaro determines that a reported problem resulted from a Wymaro platform or processing error, Wymaro may restore the affected credit, reprocess the image, or provide another appropriate resolution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Wymaro, refunds or credit restorations are generally not provided for:
- A change of mind;
- Personal or artistic preferences;
- Requests for a different editing style or creative result;
- Incorrect customer instructions;
- Incorrectly selected editing options;
- Customer-requested changes after successful processing;
- Duplicate processing initiated by the customer;
- Source images that do not contain sufficient quality or information for the requested edit; or
- Successfully completed processing simply because the resulting image is no longer needed.
Customers should review their selected files, services, options, and instructions before submitting images for processing.
Poor-Quality or Unsuitable Source Images
Customers are responsible for providing source files reasonably suitable for the requested service.
Processing results may be negatively affected by source images that are:
- Extremely underexposed or overexposed;
- Blurred or out of focus;
- Affected by significant motion blur;
- Very low resolution;
- Heavily compressed;
- Damaged or corrupted;
- Incorrect or unsupported file types;
- Missing required exposures;
- Poorly captured HDR brackets;
- Affected by obstructed windows or other visual obstructions;
- Affected by severe lens distortion; or
- Missing visual information necessary to perform the requested edit.
If Wymaro successfully processes the file provided by the customer, the associated credit is generally considered consumed even when limitations in the source image affect the final result.
Duplicate Processing
Customers are responsible for verifying the files selected for processing.
If a customer accidentally submits or processes the same image multiple times, the resulting processing charges are generally non-refundable.
If duplicate processing occurs because of a Wymaro system error rather than a customer action, the affected credit will be restored.
Failed Processing
If Wymaro cannot successfully complete a requested operation because of a platform-side technical failure, the customer will not permanently lose the associated processing credit.
Where technically possible, affected credits will be restored automatically. Qualifying failures may include:
- Server or infrastructure failures;
- Processing crashes;
- Corrupted output caused by Wymaro;
- Wymaro platform interruptions;
- Failed AI processing or generation; or
- Delivery failures caused by Wymaro.
Promotional, Trial & Complimentary Credits
Promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary credits:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash;
- Cannot be transferred between accounts unless Wymaro expressly permits it;
- Are not refundable; and
- May be subject to expiration dates or other promotional conditions.
Where both paid and promotional credits are available in an account, Wymaro may determine the order in which credit types are consumed.
Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are charged according to the billing schedule and pricing displayed when the subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the applicable billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Wymaro, cancelling a subscription does not create a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, the customer may continue using the applicable subscription features and eligible remaining credits until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the terms of the customer's plan.
Unused Credits
Unused paid credits are not automatically refundable or redeemable for cash.
Rollover, expiration, and usage rules may vary by subscription or credit plan and will be displayed when applicable.
Where a plan permits rollover, eligible unused credits may carry forward according to that plan's rules. Where a plan does not permit rollover, unused credits may expire at the end of the applicable period.
Monetary Refund Eligibility
A monetary refund may be considered when:
- Wymaro incorrectly charges a customer;
- A customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction because of a Wymaro billing error;
- Wymaro is unable to provide a purchased service because of a significant platform-side failure;
- A refund is required by applicable law; or
- Wymaro determines that exceptional circumstances justify a refund.
Refunds are generally limited to the transaction, image, service, or amount directly affected by the qualifying issue. An issue affecting one or more individual images does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of an entire order or subscription.
Credit Adjustments vs. Monetary Refunds
When a qualifying processing issue occurs, Wymaro may resolve the issue by restoring the affected processing credit or providing replacement processing.
A monetary refund may instead be provided when:
- A billing error occurred;
- The purchased service could not reasonably be delivered;
- Applicable law requires a monetary refund; or
- Wymaro approves a monetary refund under exceptional circumstances.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.
Request Period
Customers should report technical issues, billing errors, or requests for credit adjustments within 7 days of the relevant transaction or delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days may still be reviewed by Wymaro but may be subject to additional verification.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Wymaro may investigate activity that reasonably appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended to manipulate the credit or refund system.
Examples may include:
- Excessive or fraudulent refund requests;
- Repeatedly requesting refunds or credits for successfully processed results;
- Repeatedly processing the same image and requesting credits back;
- Intentionally manipulating files to cause processing failures;
- Fraudulent payment activity;
- Abuse of trial, bonus, or promotional credits;
- Sharing or transferring accounts or credits in violation of Wymaro's Terms & Conditions; or
- Attempting to obtain paid services without appropriate payment.
Where Wymaro has reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse, Wymaro may deny improper refund or credit requests, restrict processing, suspend account functionality, or suspend or terminate the account in accordance with Wymaro's Terms & Conditions.
How to Request Support
If you believe Wymaro has made a technical or billing error, contact Wymaro through your account's support functionality or at support@wymaro.com.
Where applicable, please provide:
- Your order or transaction ID;
- The affected image, project, or listing;
- A description of the issue; and
- Screenshots or other supporting information where helpful.
Wymaro may review relevant processing, transaction, and technical information associated with the request before determining the appropriate resolution.
Our Fairness Principle
Wymaro's approach is simple:
If Wymaro fails to complete the processing because of a Wymaro technical problem, you should not lose the credit for that failure.
At the same time:
If Wymaro successfully completes and delivers the service requested, the applicable processing credit is considered consumed.
This approach allows Wymaro to protect customers from genuine technical failures while maintaining the infrastructure and production resources required to provide fast, affordable AI-powered editing.

Wymaro may update this Refund, Credit & Revision Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, pricing, plans, or legal requirements.
Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated policy unless otherwise required by law.
The latest version will be made available through Wymaro's website or Service.
