Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Wymaro provides AI-assisted and human-assisted tools and services for real estate media professionals. Features may include photo and video editing, virtual staging, virtual twilight conversions, sky replacement, floor plans, scheduling, delivery, invoicing, and workflow tools. Features may change as the Service develops.

Wymaro may offer free, subscription, usage-based, or other paid plans. Applicable prices, billing intervals, included usage, and taxes will be displayed at purchase or otherwise communicated to you.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You authorize Wymaro and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes using your selected payment method.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Unless required otherwise by applicable law or expressly stated by Wymaro, payments already made are non-refundable. After cancellation, you may continue using paid subscription features until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Wymaro may change pricing or plan features. Where required by law, or where a change affects an existing recurring subscription, Wymaro will provide appropriate notice before the change takes effect.

You retain your ownership rights in photographs, videos, project files, and other content you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own the Customer Content or have all permissions, licences, and other rights necessary to upload it and instruct Wymaro to process and edit it.

You grant Wymaro a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and administer the Service.

We do not use customer-uploaded photos, videos, or project files to train our AI models.

As between you and Wymaro, you retain your rights in your Customer Content and may use completed edited images and other customer-specific outputs delivered through the Service, subject to any third-party rights, applicable law, and payment of applicable charges.

Wymaro retains all rights in its software, AI models, workflows, interfaces, technology, systems, know-how, templates, and other proprietary materials that are not Customer Content or customer-specific outputs. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Wymaro's underlying technology to you.

Wymaro may use authorized employees and contractors, including production personnel located in Pakistan, to review and edit Customer Content, correct AI mistakes, perform quality control, complete revisions, and provide support. Such access is for Wymaro service purposes and does not grant those persons ownership of Customer Content.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload content that you do not have the right or permission to use
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or infringing purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, copy, or circumvent Wymaro's proprietary software, models, security, or technical restrictions except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
• Use automated scraping or extraction methods to reproduce Wymaro's proprietary technology or datasets
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Service
• Use edited or generated content in a deceptive or unlawful manner

AI-assisted editing can produce errors, unexpected results, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all edited or generated outputs before publishing, delivering, advertising, listing, or otherwise relying on them.

Wymaro does not guarantee that an output will comply with every MLS rule, brokerage policy, advertising standard, professional standard, or law applicable to your particular use. You are responsible for determining and complying with the rules that apply to your listings and business.

Virtual staging, virtual twilight, object modification, sky replacement, floor plans, measurements, and similar features may alter or approximate the appearance or characteristics of a property. You are responsible for using these outputs truthfully and for making disclosures required by MLS rules, real estate regulators, advertising standards, brokerage policies, or applicable law.

Unless Wymaro expressly states otherwise, floor plans, dimensions, measurements, and generated property information are provided for visualization and marketing purposes and should not be treated as certified architectural, engineering, surveying, or measurement documents.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the Wymaro Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how Wymaro handles personal information, Customer Content, international processing, human production access, retention, and service providers.

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including Amazon Web Services and Stripe. Wymaro is not responsible for third-party services outside Wymaro's reasonable control, and your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Wymaro may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful or abusive activity, non-payment, security risk, harm to Wymaro or others, or other lawful reasons. Serious security, legal, or abuse issues may result in immediate suspension.

You may close your account subject to any outstanding payment obligations. Following account closure, Wymaro intends to delete Customer Content within 90 days, subject to reasonable backup cycles and information Wymaro must or is permitted to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Wymaro may update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances beyond Wymaro's reasonable control may affect the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Wymaro disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wymaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wymaro's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Wymaro for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wymaro harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your lack of required rights or permissions, your unlawful or deceptive use of outputs, or your material violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction, disputes will be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory local consumer-protection rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Wymaro may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required, Wymaro will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Wymaro's consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Wymaro may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms presented to you, form the agreement between you and Wymaro concerning the Service.
